Welcome and prevention protocol COVID-19 at the Lodge des Iles d'Or

Due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we have put in place a meticulous reception and prevention protocol. The safety and health of our customers and employees must now, more than ever, be at the centre of our priorities by taking measures and rigorously following the directives and recommendations of the public authorities. This is why our staff have been trained to follow these rules of prevention and action in their daily work.

Prevention rules followed by our staff (barrier gestures) :

  • Installation of hydroalcoholic solution dispensers in the common areas of the establishment and in departments in close contact with customers (reception, toilets, high-traffic areas, etc.)
  • Provide teams with the necessary protective elements and encourage their use.
  • When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or a disposable tissue.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Wash your hands frequently.
  • If in doubt, avoid close contact with others.

In addition, we have improved our hygiene and precautionary measures:

  • Provision of disinfectants in the common areas.
  • Protective masks will be provided and worn by our teams.
  • Pre-arrival check-in procedure for our guests, to minimise contact on arrival.
  • The hotel's cleaning plan has been strengthened, including increased monitoring of certain areas, such as ventilation filters.
  • The tables are all spaced at least 1 metre apart.
  • Deckchairs should be spaced at least 1 metre apart between families/couples.
  • Regular links are established with the identified health authorities.
  • Our management carries out an exhaustive follow-up of the health of the teams. In addition, we provide training and continuous monitoring to ensure a safe and quality service.
  • Interactions between employees and customers are reviewed to ensure strict compliance with the rules of social distancing.
