ERIGEA LOISIRS exploite le présent site internet accessible au public à l’adresse url https://www.lelodgedesilesdor.com (ci-après le « Site »). Le Site a vocation à mettre à disposition des internautes (c’est-à-dire de toute personne physique ou morale qui visite ou utilise le Site, ci-après les « utilisateurs » ou « vous ») des informations permettant de découvrir l’activité et les services proposés par ERIGEA LOISIRS ainsi que leurs actualités (événements, publications, …).

Le Site propose en outre des fonctionnalités permettant aux utilisateurs de contacter ERIGEA LOISIRS (demande de contact, demande de renseignements, candidature spontanée ou réponse à une offre d’emploi,…) ou de s’inscrire à la newsletter.

En outre, ERIGEA LOISIRS met aussi à disposition des internautes :

Lors de votre navigation et de vos interactions avec le Site ou avec ERIGEA LOISIRS, cette dernière peut être amenée à collecter et à traiter des données à caractère personnel vous concernant, en qualité de responsable de traitement.

Respectueuse de la vie privée, ERIGE2A LOISIRS accorde une grande importance à la protection de vos données à caractère personnel. In general, your data is therefore collected directly from you in the above-mentioned cases.

In addition to this information, you are informed that the data we collect and process about you may be enriched by us, particularly for commercial, prospecting, loyalty, communication or marketing purposes, by means of other sources of information (social networks, file rentals, etc.).

Furthermore, with regard to information processed in the context of our recruitment operations, we use the information you provide us (e.g.: form for this purpose on the Site, in the "Recruitment" section), which we include in our file of candidates (CV library). However, we may also contact third parties (e.g. recruitment agencies, previous employers, internship supervisors or clients with whom you have worked on previous assignments) in order to collect information about you in order to study your application or profile.

4. What categories of data do we collect?

Several categories of personal data concerning you may be collected and processed by us, and in particular the following data

identification data: this includes data such as your title, your first and last name, your date of birth, your contact details (email address, telephone number, postal address), and any other data relating to your marital status, if applicable... ;

In this context, we may also collect and process certain "sensitive" information when it is necessary to respond to special requests from you (for example, a state of health requiring specific accommodation) and we have obtained your consent for this purpose;
data necessary for the follow-up of the loyalty program (identification number, points/miles accumulated, status, ....);
your information and documents (CV and cover letter in particular) communicated in the context of job applications, as well as information that we may collect for this purpose in the context of recruitment operations (school and university career, training and diplomas, experience and career path, information relating to professional life in general, economic or financial information, information relating to personal life where appropriate, etc.).

5. Is the collection of this data mandatory?

Within the Site, you are informed, on each personal data collection form, of the mandatory nature of the answers, and more generally of the information collected, by the presence of an asterisk next to the field(s) concerned. If there is no asterisk, the information requested is optional.

If you do not provide the required information, the request related to this data collection (e.g. online reservation, information request, application, ...) may not be processed or its processing may be delayed.

6. For what purposes is your data collected?

the realization of prospecting, loyalty, solicitation, marketing and communication operations in the broadest sense (emails including newsletters and postal mail, telemarketing, invitations to events, organization of the stay if booked,...), including in particular the associated technical operations (targeting and segmentation with a view to personalizing exchanges, enrichment, qualification, ....);
la gestion et suivi du programme de fidélité par ERIGEA LOISIRS(inscription, attribution des points / miles, prévention des fraudes, …), ainsi que la mise à disposition d’un espace réservé pour consulter et utiliser vos points (boutique cadeaux par exemple) ou miles ;
the follow-up and processing of requests addressed to the department in charge of "customer management", and the elaboration of responses to them;
la gestion, le suivi, l’étude et le traitement des candidatures et des opérations préalables au recrutement s’agissant des offres postées sur le Site, celles-ci pouvant concerner des postes au sein de ERIGEA LOISIRS, en ce incluant l’évaluation et la sélection de candidatures et de profils professionnels, notamment au moyen de la constitution d’un fichier de candidats (ou CVthèque), mais également de méthodes et de techniques d’aide au recrutement, en vue de pourvoir certains emplois (des offres correspondant à votre profil pouvant d’ailleurs vous être adressées à cette fin) ;

pour la poursuite des intérêts légitimes de ERIGEA LOISIRS dans le cadre de la gestion et du suivi de ses relations, notamment commerciales, avec les utilisateurs du Site, et plus généralement avec ses contacts, et de l’organisation de ses opérations de prospection, de sollicitation, de fidélisation, de marketing et de communication de manière générale ;
pour le respect d’obligations légales et réglementaires qui s’imposent à ERIGEA LOISIRS.

In general, your data may be communicated, for some of the above-mentioned purposes, and only if such communication proves necessary, to service providers and contractual and commercial partners who may be involved in the above-mentioned processing of personal data.

NO TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES OTHER THAN THOSE PROPOSED

In the context of services shared with the partners of Le Lodge des Îles d'Or, your personal data will be transmitted to the partners only in the context of the services concerned and in accordance with your authorization. In any case, no repetitive, massive or structural transfer of personal data will be made. Your personal data will not be communicated to any third party, other than the partners, without your prior consent, and if such communication is necessary for the provision of the services

In addition, in order to manage your reservations, your data is communicated to the hotel with which you have booked a stay.

Par ailleurs, ERIGEA LOISIRS peut mettre à disposition des services interactifs (par exemple des forums de discussion et des blogs) par l’intermédiaire desquels vous pouvez publier des informations et des supports, dont certains peuvent être repris sur le Site.
