SPECIAL RETIREMENT CURE: A Detox & Yoga Stay
From Sunday 27 September to Friday 2 October, Angélique Piat offers you a complete detox cure at the Lodge des iles d'or.
Nestled in a green setting, the hotel is the ideal place for a physical and mental rejuvenation stay.
The cure will allow your body to unload the general pollutions accumulated in today's modern world. The techniques are based on the foundations of Naturopathy.

As a naturopath and yoga teacher, Angélique will follow you through your cellular detoxification process.
On the programme, 5 days of detox with :
- Breathing and energy yoga in the morning and evening depending on the progress of the water fast,
- Meditation every day,
- Aquatic care,
- Deep relaxation and yoga nidra,
- Nature walks accompanied by a local specialist every day,
- Cultural visit to the island of Porquerolles with the Carmignac Foundation or a visit to the Villa Noailles in Hyères (extra charge),
- 3 Naturopathic workshops to understand the fundamentals of natural health,
- Free access to the heated swimming pool with solarium,
- Wellness massage(extra charge),
- Possibility to have an energetic treatment with Angelique and the visit of an osteopath.
In practice:
- A guide sent by e-mail for your dietary descent to start 1 week before the detox,
- The presence of a certified naturopath who has already supervised fasting cures,
- Pure water is available on site in an individual glass bottle,
- A vegetable broth every evening,
- A detox juice every day,
- Herbal tea at will,
- Stimulating plants + other plant cures according to the individual,
- For the recovery of the diet: on Friday morning a workshop on the recovery of the diet and the recovery meal prepared on the spot by the chef on the recommendation of Angélique (to be paid at the hotel 15 euros).
