Stéphane Mifsud, world record holder in statics, and our no less famous Gaëtan, will help you discover this discipline in the heart of an intense nature in conditions of teaching, equipment and safety that you will hardly find elsewhere. Departure from Aygade, 5 minutes drive from the lodge, for the discovery of a magical discipline, fauna and flora.

Also, once a week, you will be able to learn the basics of freediving in the pool by practicing static and dynamic disciplines with Hubert and Gaëtan who will, as always, concoct for you a small tailor-made programme that will make you want to continue vertically in the sea.
