A hotel 20 minutes from Porquerolles

The establishment is located on the double tombolo of the Presqu'Ile de Giens, between the Port de la Tour Fondue and the Port Saint-Pierre, where the boats depart for the magnificent islands of Hyères in a very short time: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Ile du Levant.

We also offer, with our partners, sea trips to the Golden Islands on reservation.

A preserved nature facing the Mediterranean Sea

The Salt Works of Hyères

Covering nearly 900 hectares, they stretch between the two sandy spires of the tombolo: the Pesquiers pond and the Vieux Salins.
Recently acquired by the Conservatoire du Littoral, these salt pans have become a protected site in order to preserve the biodiversity of the flora and fauna and offer a landscape with two faces, on one side the beach and its dunes, and on the other the salt pans and its ecological reserve.
With more than 80 species of migratory birds, the unmissable guests of this place are undoubtedly the pink flamingos, which appreciate the humidity of the place in all seasons.

L'Almanarre and the Salt Route

The Route du Sel is located on the western side of the tombolo, it runs along the beach of Almanarre and has kept all its charm. With its wild character, the dunes lined with ganivelles and on the other side the salt marshes welcome families on walks, surfers, kitesurfers, joggers, cyclists and other nature lovers. There is something for everyone!

The Almannare beach is a unique place on the coast. A surf, windsurf and kitesurfing spot, it is a meeting place for all lovers of board sports in both summer and winter, and you can't miss the somewhat Hawaiian atmosphere of the board fins and other flowery swimming costumes.
Swept by the Mistral for almost a hundred days a year, it is one of the most favourable places on the coast for this type of activity. Moreover, each year it hosts the world cup of funboard and kitesurf.
However, l'Almanarre is also a family beach which keeps all its authenticity with its wide spaces and its clear water.

The Badine, Capte and Bergerie beaches

On the other side of the Almannare, on the east coast, the beaches of La Badine, La Capte and La Bergerie, facing the islands, are protected from the mistral and allow for idleness and water sports such as paddle, jet ski and windsurf.

The Coastal Path or the Customs Officers' Path

A magnificent place for all lovers of walks and beautiful Mediterranean landscapes. Cicadas, the fragrant smell of pine trees and blue sea water will appeal to all the senses... This is an amazing walk because of the richness of the landscapes to be found, between beaches and cliffs, between pines and oaks... you can enjoy swimming as much as hiking and discover magical sites such as the Pointe des Chevaliers or the Darboussières beach.
