Discover the Levant Island

The island of Levant is practically equal to that of Porquerolles. It is 8km long and 2km wide, but only 1/10 of the island is accessible to the public, the rest being a military zone.

The island of Levant is the only Mediterranean island, with its naturist domain of Heliopolis, where naturism is free everywhere except in public places, in the port and the village square. If you want to visit the island without wanting to be naked, you can be reassured that you will meet other people dressed in a good spirit of mutual tolerance and respect. Only the rocky beach, Diane's bath and the Grottes beach are exclusively reserved for naturists.

Le Levant

The island has a long rocky ridge, but it is also covered with beautiful and generous vegetation. Its village is a real earthly paradise with the gardens of the islanders where cactus, succulents, arbutus, palms, flowering plants and wild flowers will offer you an explosion of colours.

In the small village of Les Arbousiers, you will discover a small square formed by two very beautiful and comfortable café-restaurant terraces, as well as small shops and a chapel.

You can take the marked "nature trail" through the wooded and undulating scrubland towards the cirque de la Galère, while walking along the hedges of Jasmine and other Mediterranean plants that perfume the whole island. The island of Levant knows how to preserve its little earthly paradise, lost far from the world.
